Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Set up, configure, and deploy new employee workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high reliability.
