Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and video for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and system performance
- Document cases, resolutions, and technical procedures in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct remote onboarding for new employees and equipment setup
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years of remote IT support or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
