Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including VPN connectivity
- Manage user accounts and permissions across cloud platforms
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in remote environments
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
