Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for remote clients
- Deploy and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Manage cloud service integrations (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Create and document technical knowledge base articles
- Provide 24/5 on-call rotation support for critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance using enterprise tools like SolarWinds
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with remote work experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of VPN/RDP configurations and cybersecurity
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Crisis management skills during high-impact outages
- Ability to troubleshoot systems with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
