Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Diagnose and resolve network, security, and application performance bottlenecks
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
