Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for clients in Las Vegas, NV, and Ohio
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in IT preferred
- 2+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
