Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across diverse client environments
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Deploy and configure company-provided IT equipment for new team members
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Monitor network performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Valid US driver's license for occasional equipment shipments
