Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for clients in El Paso and New York
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including VPN connectivity, OS troubleshooting, and security protocols
- Deploy and configure company-provided IT equipment to new remote hires
- Document all support tickets using Zendesk with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure improvements
- Conduct quarterly cybersecurity training sessions for remote employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support with proven troubleshooting skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical certification
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse client interactions
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones (CST/EST)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
