Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, system, and security incidents (SLA-driven)
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during major incident responses
- Conduct quarterly security audits for assigned client portfolio
- Mentor junior support staff and lead training workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required (CEH preferred)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar) and vulnerability scanners
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
