Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues via remote channels
- Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions using ticketing systems and remote access tools
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and security patches
- Conduct user training sessions on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Manage inventory and lifecycle of remote IT assets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification (CCNA, MCSA preferred)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Experience with cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
