Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via phone, email, and chat
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain system integrity
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
