Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup are required.
