Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and uptime during off-peak hours.
- Resolve complex technical tickets escalated from the main helpdesk.
- Perform scheduled software updates, patches, and security maintenance.
- Provide remote technical assistance to employees across the network.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interventions.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Albuquerque, NM.
- Strong understanding of networking, Windows OS, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and proven remote work discipline.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
