Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Manage and resolve employee IT tickets via Jira with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure laptops, peripherals, and security tools
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security teams on endpoint protection initiatives
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential outages
- Train employees on new software and cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
- Strong experience with VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint security tools
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
