Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software systems via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across diverse platforms
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS) for enterprise clients
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise systems
