Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via ticketing system and live chat support
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company data
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure
- Conduct system audits and recommend performance improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalated issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
