Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Install, configure, and optimize company-provided equipment for new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and interactions in our CRM system.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users in a clear, friendly manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
