Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, network connectivity, and peripheral devices
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in ServiceNow/Jira systems
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual desktop environments
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical issues
- Conduct remote onboarding sessions for new clients
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service mindset with patience and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Valid Virginia driver's license (occasional on-site visits required)
