Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation of resolutions.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex issues and learn best practices for advanced troubleshooting.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and perform software updates on client devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of self-service knowledge base articles to improve overall customer experience.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and company procedures to provide high-quality support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of computer networking and hardware components.
- Proficiency in using web browsers and standard office productivity software.
