- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and update customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with global support teams during peak hours for complex escalations
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with <15-second response time
- Participate in quarterly training on new products and compliance protocols
- Generate performance reports and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/night shift environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) and clear communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, including weekends
