Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, resolution rates, and adherence to protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in night shift or remote roles
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on assigned night shift schedule
