Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for international clients during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Diagnose and resolve complex software/hardware issues using remote access tools and knowledge base resources
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global support teams during shift handovers for seamless continuity
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance after-hours service efficiency
- Conduct weekly shift debriefs to address emerging trends and knowledge gaps
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in technical/customer support with night shift experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and SaaS platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills with neutral accent for global interactions
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- High-speed internet connection with dedicated home office space
- Available to work rotating weekend shifts during peak periods
