Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts during evening hours.
- Deliver exceptional, empathetic technical support and troubleshooting assistance via chat, email, and phone.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime for clients.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical tickets.
- Conduct remote training sessions and product walkthroughs for new clients.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and process optimization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working the Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) or similar flexible hours.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools.
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot SaaS platforms and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
