- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and case resolutions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift support teams to hand over unresolved issues seamlessly.
- Ensure 100% uptime for all assigned service levels and SLAs.
- Participate in nightly team huddles and shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly valued.
