Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Resolve technical and billing issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Log all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- US Citizen or Green Card holder required.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments.
- Ability to work 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (EST).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
