Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for SaaS platforms
- Document all interactions in CRM system with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Monitor support queues and maintain SLA compliance
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to product teams
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience (remote preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Available to work flexible night shift schedule including weekends
- Spanish language skills a significant plus for Miami market
