Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Resolve complex technical issues and product inquiries for enterprise clients
- Document cases meticulously in Salesforce while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global support teams using Slack and virtual collaboration tools
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism while maintaining composure
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Comfortable with remote work technology including VPN and video conferencing
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Must have dedicated, distraction-free home office setup
