Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues using diagnostic tools and remote access
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues and knowledge gaps
- Proactively identify process improvements and share feedback with leadership
- Maintain expert knowledge of product updates and support protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical support experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira, and remote desktop tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working night shifts with reliable high-speed internet
- CompTIA A+ or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) a plus
