Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve complex software/hardware issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Document cases meticulously in Salesforce and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods
- Escalate critical issues to Tier 2 engineers with detailed technical reports
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in technical customer support or IT helpdesk
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
