Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for B2B clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage and resolve high-volume support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support and knowledge transfer.
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions to improve product stability.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when addressing client concerns during off-hours.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack) and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
