- Provide 24/7 multi-channel support via chat, email, and phone during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with global teams using CRM systems like Salesforce and Zendesk
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and resolutions
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance night shift efficiency
- Adhere to SLA metrics while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proven night shift experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for cross-border clients
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently with minimal supervision
