Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain service consistency and quality
- Continuously update product knowledge through company training modules
- Monitor support queues and respond to customer requests within SLA targets
- Contribute to process improvements for remote team workflows
Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
