Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for clients via chat, email, and phone during designated night shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with patience and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the company CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and update on software changes.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Residency: Must be located within the United States (Austin, TX preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or call center environments.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Communication: Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Environment: A dedicated, noise-free home office environment with a high-speed internet connection.
