Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone during designated night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, software patches, and training materials to maintain expert status.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications, regardless of the time of day.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or a related IT field.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and active listening.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
