- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaboration: Work independently and collaborate with day-shift teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Training: Complete all required onboarding and training modules to maintain product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Experience: Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
