As a pivotal member of our support division, you will provide 24/7 technical assistance to US-based clients. You will troubleshoot complex systems, resolve escalations, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience, regardless of the time of day.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via phone and remote desktop for clients during evening and night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate bugs and suggest feature improvements based on user feedback.
- Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to stay updated on new product features and technical protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM US Central Time).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
