Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data across CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports to department heads
- Maintain strict data confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with offshore teams during shift handovers
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies using SQL and Excel VLOOKUP
- Process high-volume transactions during peak nighttime hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of remote data entry experience
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
