Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and transcription tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile data across multiple digital platforms.
- Ensure strict adherence to night shift schedules and attendance policies.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
