Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, network outages, and system vulnerabilities during night shift hours
- Perform remote troubleshooting for enterprise hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and maintenance activities in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct proactive system health checks and security patch implementations
- Support end-users with complex technical issues via phone, chat, and remote access
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) preferred
