Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, security incidents, and performance issues proactively
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and ticketing systems for seamless cross-functional support
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for overnight-specific scenarios
- Conduct system maintenance, patch deployments, and security audits during low-traffic windows
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed context and analysis
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk operations
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, VPN, and remote access issues
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Exceptional written communication skills for overnight documentation and handoffs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
