Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network security during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for server infrastructure and cloud systems
- Respond to critical incident alerts and execute emergency protocols
- Document security incidents and generate comprehensive audit reports
- Collaborate with global IT teams during system maintenance windows
- Implement patches and updates during off-peak hours
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for client systems during shift coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (required)
- Proficiency with AWS/Azure and enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised night shifts
- Strong incident response and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication for documentation purposes
- Valid US work authorization and Florida residency
