Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for complex network and security incidents
- Execute vulnerability scans, patch management, and security protocol updates
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting logs, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams during critical outages and security events
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Participate in rotational on-call coverage for emergency response
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection
- Strong analytical skills for rapid incident diagnosis and resolution
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent written communication for detailed technical documentation
- US citizenship required for federal compliance
