Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain company networks, systems, and servers during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for remote employees and clients
- Respond to security incidents and implement mitigation protocols
- Document tickets, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-shift handovers
- Perform system backups, updates, and maintenance windows
- Train junior staff on security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows server environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid US driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
