Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for remote clients.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during the night shift.
