Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 IT infrastructure security systems during overnight hours
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise hardware/software issues
- Execute scheduled system patches and security updates during low-traffic periods
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system deployments
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Respond to emergency security alerts with immediate remediation protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network infrastructure and endpoint devices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
