Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and respond to after-hours system alerts and security incidents
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system outages and maintenance windows
- Conduct remote system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Maintain strict SLA compliance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for after-hours client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed for system maintenance
