Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow
- Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and security patches during low-traffic periods
- Document incident reports, resolution procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Participate in monthly cross-functional training sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with proven night shift or on-call experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS/Azure, and networking fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Experience with remote monitoring tools like Nagios or Datadog
