- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems
- Perform system maintenance and patch deployments
- Document incident reports and resolution protocols
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical outages
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation

Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or cybersecurity roles
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with remote ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments
