Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Monitor and resolve security alerts, system outages, and performance issues using SIEM tools and ticketing systems
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting procedures with precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incidents and scheduled maintenance windows
- Proactively analyze system metrics to identify and prevent potential security breaches
- Train clients on security best practices during after-hours consultations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and cloud security protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously during night shifts
- Valid US work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
