Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote channels
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patches during maintenance windows
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train users on remote access protocols and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent written communication for documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
